Returns and Exchange Policy
At MAK Coffee, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Since coffee is a perishable product, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy and meeting their needs.

Online Store Purchases
All purchases made through our website at makstores.com may be eligible for return, replacement, or refund after consultation with our Customer Support team.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our Contact Page.
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- If a return is necessary, we will provide:
- Your RMA number
- The shipping address for returns
Please keep in mind:
- Items returned without a valid and visible RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
- If the item arrived damaged or was shipped incorrectly, we may issue a prepaid return shipping label.
- Approved refunds will cover the total product value, excluding original shipping and handling charges.
- Once the return is received and processed, please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Note: We currently ship only within the USA. Any orders forwarded internationally after initial U.S. delivery are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders placed through makstores.com/shop may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, during our regular business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (EST)
To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Page.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, we will refer you to our Returns Policy.
A restocking fee may apply to certain cancellations—our Customer Support team can provide more information based on your specific order.
